KDW delivered Waaree Solar Americas' 546,227 SF manufacturing facility in under six months—from design and permitting through construction and equipment commissioning. The project required extraordinary coordination with the owner's equipment installers to ensure negligible downtime between installation and commissioning of over 200 pieces of production equipment. The technical infrastructure includes an 85-foot switchgear (one of the largest in KDW's 130-year history), medium-voltage electrical room with 10 megawatts of transformer capacity, dual chillers with chilled water and process water loops, extensive process exhaust system, and large-scale water-cooled compressed air distribution system.

The facility features a fully climate-controlled 168,880 SF production floor housing two automated production lines, specialized curing rooms, 34,121 SF of climate-controlled raw materials storage, finished goods warehouse, and customer inspection and testing areas. KDW's integrated mechanical, electrical, and utility systems transformed an empty warehouse into operational solar panel production in just six months, enabling Waaree to begin manufacturing immediately upon equipment commissioning.
