Newton Nursery is a wholesale tree, plant and flower nursery that exclusively serves professional residential and commercial landscapers. When they opened their third location in Katy, Texas, KDW’s Special Projects Division built a gated complex that includes a 7,000 square foot greenhouse and a 20,000 square foot shade area.

We also designed an extensive irrigation system and a sizable reserve water tank in case there’s a drought and water restrictions. All in all, it was a labor of love that culminated in a new build that continues to be a point of pride in our portfolio.
