KDW completed a 62,600 SF distribution facility for Amazon in East Texas, designed to support high-volume, time-sensitive logistics operations and enhance regional delivery capabilities.

This project included 18 acres of site development, 420,000 SF of paving, and a 33,790 SF van-loading canopy, all delivered in alignment with rigorous safety protocols and complex system-integration requirements. Careful coordination and precise execution were critical to creating an efficient circulation layout and durable infrastructure capable of supporting continuous distribution operations.
