Northwest Houston Heart Center partnered with KDW for a full design-build outpatient clinic in Tomball, Texas. The 11,218 SF facility delivers 3,830 SF of operational clinic space, along with 7,388 SF of shell space designed and sized for a future surgery center — allowing the client to grow without rebuilding.

Completed in 10 months and under budget, the project included a complete power infrastructure upgrade, a 500 kW natural gas generator, and 600 LF of underground storm detention with an upgraded public storm drain connection to the regional detention system. Located in a residential neighborhood and occupied throughout construction, KDW managed both constraints through careful phasing, proactive client communication, and deliberate site staging.
