A New Address, The Same Commitment: KDW Relocates Its East Texas Office
Some things change. Our commitment to East Texas isn’t one of them.
KDW has been part of the Nacogdoches community since 1895 — more than 130 years of showing up, building relationships, and delivering projects that matter to the people and businesses that call this region home. We’re proud to announce that our Nacogdoches office has a new home: 6808 Frontier Dr, Nacogdoches, TX 75964.
Same Team. Same Mission. Better Space.
This move is about investment — in our team, in our clients, and in the community where KDW’s story began. Our Nacogdoches office has been a cornerstone of our operations for generations, and this relocation gives us a stronger foundation to continue the work we’ve been doing across East Texas for over a century.
“This move allows us to stay closely connected to the communities we serve while continuing to support long-term regional growth,” said Bob Kingham, fifth-generation owner and principal at KDW. “We’re proud to continue building in the same community where our story began — through ongoing projects, generations-long client relationships, and an unwavering commitment to East Texas.”
Built on 130 Years of East Texas History

KDW started in Nacogdoches, constructing farm and ranch buildings that supported the local agricultural economy. Over the decades, that work evolved — from schools and public infrastructure to commercial facilities and industrial projects — but the roots never changed.
Some of our most meaningful work has been right here in East Texas: the historic Fredonia Hotel renovation, an Amazon warehouse, and a long list of projects for Stephen F. Austin State University, including the Pineywoods Dining Hall, the Basketball Center, the Performing Arts Center, and the Ed and Gwen Cole STEM Building.
That work continues today. KDW has completed more than $750 million in education projects, $1.3 billion in public sector work, and $700 million in commercial developments across Texas — and East Texas has been central to that story from the beginning.
What This Means for Our Clients
As a design-build firm, KDW brings a single, coordinated team to every project — from concept through construction. That means fewer handoffs, tighter communication, and better outcomes for our clients. Our Nacogdoches presence ensures that clients in East Texas have direct access to a team that knows the region, knows the market, and is invested in its long-term growth.
Whether you’re planning a new facility, expanding an existing one, or exploring what design-build could mean for your next project, we’d love to connect.
