Having grown up alongside the Kingham families in Nacogdoches, Texas, Alex was thrilled to join KDW upon its expansion into Central Texas in 2023. Alex really enjoys her role as an advisor and creative business strategist for KDW as the company’s legal counsel, while also growing and fostering new and existing relationships with clients, potential clients, partners and the communities KDW serves as KDW’s Business Development Director. Alex graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Communication Studies. She earned her J.D., also with honors, from SMU’s Dedman School of Law where she was Vice President of the Student Bar Association and the citation editor for the International Law Review Association. Prior to joining KDW, Alex’s legal practice was focused on commercial real estate transactions with Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody and Armbrust and Brown, PLLC.  Professionally, Alex is a member of RECA, CREW, and the Association of Professional Women in Construction (APWC) – Central Texas. In the community, Alex volunteers as a Sunday School Teacher at Covenant Presbyterian Church, is an active member of the Elizabeth Ann Seton Board, and serves on the Dell Children’s Trust Executive Committee. Alexandra lives in Austin with her husband, Will, their three young daughters, and their two dogs.
