Mr. Kingham, the youngest of the Kingham brothers, began work for his father and brothers early and came up through the ranks in the field, working at various tasks. He became a job superintendent in 1983 and has built several large projects for the company.

Like his other brothers, Mr. Kingham has particular skills in phased construction and working in and around facilities that have a high occupancy level. His construction experience ranges from site preparation to final completion of finishes, and he has enjoyed positive relationships with architects, owners, and subcontractors during each of his assignments. He is part owner of KDW and has 
a vested interest in the success of any project that his company is building.

Mr. Kingham’s responsibilities on any project that KDW is involved in are applying his construction know-how to the day-to-day building activities of each contractor and workman on the site. Beginning with the mobilization of the company on the site, he engages daily in managing, directing, inspecting, and building the project according to construction documents and within the schedule and budget.
