AIV-GCM leads the world in the customization and distribution of valves. When they needed a new warehouse and modification facility, they turned to KDW to help consolidate three separate properties operated by two different companies into one state-of-the-art facility.
Our team master-planned manufacturing infrastructure to support over 200 pieces of equipment across 21 departments. The space accommodates over two dozen mounted bridge and jib cranes, seven utility pits, high-tech welding gas and compressed air distribution, and dedicated cryogenic and clean room areas.
