Camp Cho Yeh in Livingston, Texas, is a $6.9 million church camp facility delivered through KDW’s comprehensive design-build services, featuring two purpose-built structures totaling nearly 30,000 SF. The 19,757 SF dining hall includes a full commercial kitchen, servery, cold storage, spacious dining area, and camp store, while the 10,078 SF meeting hall offers a versatile common area with a stage and green room to support camp programming and gatherings.

Through KDW’s integrated design-build approach, the firm’s design and construction teams worked closely with ownership to coordinate site utility infrastructure development. Both buildings were completed in time for the summer 2025 camp season, demonstrating KDW’s ability to manage complex projects from concept through completion—delivering spaces that balance functionality, flexibility, and community purpose.
