When they chose to consolidate MAN Turbo and MAN Diesel into one operation under one roof, we created a master plan that not only accounted for the needs of today but paved the way for future growth.
The result? A long-term lease build-to-suit that houses 108,000 SF of air-conditioned manufacturing space and 32,337 SF of office space.
