KDW built XSpace’s, four-story building with a customizable, multiuse, high-end condominium units designed for storage business and personal use.

The building will house 114 condo units across three stories from 300 SF to just over 1,000 SF for either storage or workspace. The fourth floor of this facility will have an owners’ lounge for business and personal use.
