Mark Camilli is typically the first member of the KDW Team a client will work with. Mark collaborates closely with clients to gather information, understand their site and facility needs, develop Conceptual Design Documents, and create a detailed Construction Cost Control Summary. In addition to estimating, his ability to coordinate and assess land due diligence information also aids the client in avoiding any unexpected development costs during their project. As a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics, Mark can evaluate the budget and functional implications of any design change, to assist the client in making the best decisions for their project throughout the Conceptual Design, Value Engineering, and Budget Development Phases.
