Michael Mann graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a minor in Design & Development. After college Michael worked in the field as a Superintendent, delivering many design/build projects with a small firm in Houston.

He spent 6 years as a Project Manager in the Special Projects Division completing numerous projects ranging from ground up construction to occupied campus renovations.

He now oversees the day-to-day operations of the Special Projects Division. He works closely with clients throughout the design and construction process to ensure that cost and quality are maintained to the highest standard throughout the project. Some of his responsibilities include: Meeting with clients to determine project requirements, conceptual estimating, subcontractor/ owner contract negotiations, project management, and design coordination.

Michael was born and raised in Houston, and currently resides in the Tomball area with his wife Tana and son Chett.
