Todd grew up in a small community mainly consisting of farm/ranch living. Hard work and dedication don’t come shy to someone who spent their childhood in a world where something always had to be done. Todd believes in building and maintaining long-term relationships through teamwork, personal dedication, and honesty. As a construction manager, Todd is responsible for ensuring project teams are working most efficiently and cost-effectively and meeting all safety requirements. His duties include plan/submittal review, qualification of various scopes of work, coordination between the design team, owner/tenant, and trades, contract execution, scheduling, problem resolution, cost control, estimating, and project acquisition.
