With more than two decades of industry experience, Tuck Wheeler serves as a key leader at KDW, bringing a strategic, disciplined, and solutions-driven approach to his role as General Superintendent. A graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Tuck combines business insight with deep construction knowledge to drive efficient planning, strong coordination, and exceptional project outcomes.

Tuck began his career as a field architect before moving into superintendent roles, giving him a rare, end-to-end understanding of how successful projects are conceived, designed, and built. This foundation allows him to anticipate challenges, streamline decision-making, and ensure seamless execution throughout every phase of construction.

His portfolio includes a wide range of heavy commercial projects, from high-rise office towers and corporate campus headquarters to educational facilities and large industrial complexes. Regardless of scale or complexity, Tuck is known for leading high- performance teams, navigating demanding schedules, and delivering work that reflects the highest levels of quality and precision.

Outside the jobsite, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Mallory, and their two children, Jace and Presley.
