KDW completed construction of the 224,640 SF Twinwood speculative building, designed to accommodate up to five tenants with rear-load functionality. Built with 111 tilt wall panels totaling more than 100,000 SF and a structural steel framework, the facility provides durability and flexibility. Situated on 14.7 acres, it features 58 dock positions to optimize logistics and operations.
