KDW completed construction of a comprehensive ISO tank storage and maintenance facility on 22.3 acres, featuring three pre-engineered metal buildings totaling over 62,000 SF. The centerpiece 46,280 SF maintenance facility includes a 43,548 SF fully climate-controlled shop with three 10-ton overhead cranes and insulated metal panel walls, plus a 2,732 SF mezzanine housing six hydro test bays.

Supporting infrastructure includes a 10,318 SF tank wash building with 14 washing positions and a 6,147 SF administrative building. The site features 18-inch reinforced concrete for loaded tank storage accommodating 1,180 ISO tanks stacked four high, and empty storage capacity for 1,869 units stacked three high. Strategic 80-foot light poles ensure comprehensive illumination throughout the stacked container areas, demonstrating KDW’s capability in delivering specialized industrial facilities.
