Sika partnered with KDW to establish their first concrete admixture facility in Florida, marking KDW’s inaugural project in the state.

The 30,000 SF facility combines a 27,000 SF concrete admixture production area with 3,000 SF of administrative office space. The project features specialized engineering solutions including a recessed slab design providing secondary containment for potential hazardous material spills and a 12-inch thick mat slab specifically engineered to support the substantial weight of fully loaded storage tanks.The containment systems and reinforced foundation ensure safe, compliant operations while strengthening Sika’s manufacturing and distribution capabilities in the Southeast region.
