KDW designed and built a 150,000- square-foot snack distribution facility for HPI Real Estate Services and Investments for Frito-Lay. Located in an existing Crossroads Logistics Center, the facility includes office space, a large warehouse, and 37 dock spaces with proprietary dock doors and equipment tailored to Frito-Lay’s operational needs.

KDW’s design for the state-of-the-art facility aligns with the aesthetic and functionality of the previous buildings in the business center, while also accommodating Frito-Lay’s specific requirements. The interior finish-out was customized for Frito-Lay, ensuring the space meets their operational standards. This distribution facility was built to accommodate the company’s growing operations, serving as a critical link between Frito-Lay’s manufacturing sites and retail shelves by receiving finished products for further distribution.
