KDW built 45,000 SF of manufacturing space and 19,000 SF of two-story office space for JDR Cabling Systems. 13,000 SF of this space is a 70 ft. high bay area with a 60-ton crane. This building consists of tilt-wall, structural steel & pre-engineered metal building with a single ply roof and also has fabrication, service and warehouse bays. The entire building is piped with compressed air for equipment testing and has one acre of heavy duty concrete paving for equipment storage.
