KDW developed a 50-acre transportation and logistics facility featuring a 100,000 SF, 150-door dock-high shipping terminal with 5,000 SF office space. Supporting infrastructure included a 12,000 SF maintenance shop with 5 maintenance bays, wash bay, and shop employee build-out, plus a 2,400 SF, 4-lane fueling station.

Site development included over 21 acres of on-site detention and retention ponds and over 20 acres of heavy-duty paving for 18-wheeler traffic. The comprehensive facility provides complete operational capabilities from shipping and receiving through vehicle maintenance and fueling on a single campus. KDW coordinated all aspects of the development from site work through final facility completion.
