Production Architect
The Production Architect will be an integral part of the team and will work closely with the project manager, the client and our in-house estimators to capture and define the functional and aesthetic needs of the facility.
We develop the Scope of Work using a collaborative process that leads the client through schematic programming to establish the best campus layout that optimizes their business, meets their budget and is aesthetically appealing.
Assignments will include:
- Participating in Design and Programming meetings
- Site Research
- Code review and compliance
- Live Design during meetings
- Revit modeling
- Renderings
- Producing architectural contract drawings
- Reviewing architectural documents for conflicts with other design disciplines
- Coordination of permit documents with other design disciplines
- Finish and Interior Selections
- Construction Administration
Qualifications:
- Registered in the State of Texas or in the process of taking ARE exams
- 5 to 8 years professional experience – commercial and industrial preferred
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Strong graphic and presentation abilities
- Good verbal and written skills
- Fluent in code, ADA and TAS compliance
