Production Architect

The Production Architect will be an integral part of the team and will work closely with the project manager, the client and our in-house estimators to capture and define the functional and aesthetic needs of the facility.

We develop the Scope of Work using a collaborative process that leads the client through schematic programming to establish the best campus layout that optimizes their business, meets their budget and is aesthetically appealing.

Assignments will include:

• Participating in Design and Programming meetings
• Site Research
• Code review and compliance
• Live Design during meetings
• Revit modeling
• Renderings
• Producing architectural contract drawings
• Reviewing architectural documents for conflicts with other design disciplines
• Coordination of permit documents with other design disciplines
• Finish and Interior Selections
• Construction Administration

Qualifications:

• Registered in the State of Texas or in the process of taking ARE exams
• 5 to 8 years professional experience – commercial and industrial preferred
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and associates
• Strong graphic and presentation abilities
• Good verbal and written skills
• Fluent in code, ADA and TAS compliance
