Wet Sounds produces high-performance marine and power sports audio equipment. When they needed a new headquarters, our team designed and built a 118,386 SF facility with 25,000 SF of office space in addition to the needed warehouse space.
KDW worked with the Wet Sounds team to design a space tailor-made for audio R&D, sales, and distribution. The warehouse is 30 feet tall and includes an ESFR system, 19 dock doors and energy-efficient LED lighting. What’s more, the building has a tilt-wall, structural steel frame, single-ply roof and about three acres of paved parking.
