KDW is excited to partner again with Sika Corporation to bring their latest U.S. manufacturing facility to life in Sealy.

Sika is a global leader in specialty chemicals for the construction and manufacturing industry. The Sealy facility will span 143,307 square feet across approximately 12 acres and will support growing demand for Sika’s roofing products.

KDW’s collaborative approach ensures a seamless process from concept through construction—helping streamline schedules and minimize risk. This reflects the expertise KDW has developed over 130 years of serving industrial and manufacturing clients across Texas.

Greg Abbott recently recognized the project as part of the $53 million investment expected to create 55 new jobs in Austin County.
