Located on a 12.54-acre site, this 546,227 SF facility serves as the new home of Waaree Solar Americas. KDW delivered the project with precision and efficiency, constructing 17,400 SF of climate-controlled office, classroom, restroom, locker room, and breakroom space, along with 105,732 SF of raw materials storage (34,121 SF climate-controlled).

The facility also includes 168,880 SF of solar panel production space for two fully automated lines, a 5,970 SF high-voltage electrical room, a 4,910 SF utility room, and a 42,740 SF finished goods warehouse. An additional 6,040 SF of climate-controlled space was built out for customer inspection, product testing, and conference areas. Extensive mechanical, utility, and electrical systems were integrated to support high-efficiency solar panel production, including two curing rooms designed for specialized manufacturing processes.
