2. Sika Concrete Admixture Facility

Location: Haines City, Florida

The Sika Concrete Admixture Facility in Haines City, Florida represents a significant milestone as one of KDW’s top 10 projects of 2025, marking both our first project in Florida and our furthest geographic reach from Texas to date. This 27,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building illustrates KDW’s growing national presence and proficiency in delivering specialized industrial facilities beyond our home state, strengthening our partnership with Sika USA on this second successful collaboration. 3. Amazon Fulfillment Center

Location: Nacogdoches, Texas

The Amazon Fulfillment Center in Nacogdoches stands out as one of KDW’s top 10 projects of 2025, bringing a landmark facility to the very city where our company’s 130-year legacy began. This 62,600-square-foot distribution center, complete with 18 acres of site work, 420,000 square feet of paving, and a 33,790-square-foot van-loading canopy, represents the first Amazon warehouse in Nacogdoches and demonstrates KDW’s capability to meet the rigorous safety and system integration standards of one of the world’s most prominent companies. The project’s successful completion by our East Texas team strengthens our industrial construction portfolio with a prestigious national client while contributing significant economic development to our founding community.

This massive 546,227-square-foot development for the India-based solar giant reveals KDW’s strength in supporting international companies establishing U.S. operations, featuring two automated production lines, specialized curing rooms, climate-controlled environments, and advanced mechanical and electrical systems. As  our second solar project in the past two years, this undertaking positions KDW at the forefront of Texas’s emerging domestic solar production industry while supporting America’s clean energy transition.

5. Schulte Building Systems Expansion

9. Oil and Gas Field Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Facility

This complex adaptive reuse project transformed a 94,000-square-foot contaminated structure into a modern industrial complex through full gut rehabilitation and mold remediation. Delivering crane-ready bays, deep test pits, and customized tenant improvements without extending the schedule demonstrates KDW’s agility and problem-solving expertise in highly demanding renovation environments.
